For those of us in attendance for the first ever vfJAMS Live, Stanley Randoph’s performace still ranks as one of the most epic performances. Not because it was a showcase of technical wizardry or fireworks of soloistic display, but because he did what the very best drummers do best: make the audience dance! Stanley’s pocket is so deep and groove so hard that we owe it to ourselves to make his performance one of our first “Learn the Music” episodes!
